The lot
Same farms, same chain as our Classic Wash: Indragiri Collective, Agintoro and Driva Coffee Co., at 1,600–1,800 masl in South Bandung.
Cherries are briefly exposed to hot water to open the fruit, then rapidly cooled to lock the fermentation, and dried slowly on raised beds. Ripe guava up front, perfumed lychee in the middle, a crisp red-apple finish. Fruit-forward and clean, never boozy.
