The lot
From the slopes of the Argopuro mountains in East Java, at 1,600 masl. Argopuro Walida vacuum-seals ripe, hand-selected cherries without oxygen for 120 hours, so fermentation runs slow and controlled.
We wanted an Indonesian coffee that could stand next to an Ethiopian natural. Juicy and thick with sweetness: grapefruit, stonefruit and brown sugar, with a hint of tropical fruit.
