The lot

Grown at 1,600–1,800 masl in Rancabali, South Bandung, this lot moves through one controlled chain: Indragiri Collective manages the farms, Agintoro produces and Driva Coffee Co. processes.

A classic washed coffee with Kenyan-inspired fermentation, held to time and temperature. Crisp orange acidity up front, chamomile and a hint of jasmine in the middle, brown sugar and a clean, tea-like finish. Modern Indonesian coffee: bright and fragrant, not earthy and heavy.
